7.      Award 2010 Woolsey Street Elevated Water Storage Tank Repainting Bid to Aero Painting of Elkhart Lake, WI in the amount of $46,390.

 

8.      Award Meter Truck Proposals to Hiller Ford Inc of Franklin, WI in the amount of $26,495.

 

9.      Consider purchase of Mobil Data Terminals for Squad Cars from DCS Net Link.

 

General Operations Committee

10.  Consider Granting the 2010-2011 Liquor Licenses pursuant to the attached list and authorizing the City Clerk to issue the licenses when the statutory requirements have been met.

 

11.  Consider Granting 6 Month Class B Beer License for American Legion Post 95 Canteen at Veteran’s Park from May to October.

 

12.  Consider Granting Temporary Class B license for St. Andrew Festival on July 9th and 10th, 2010, James Damrow, Agent.

 

13.  Consider Invasive Species Ordinance to amend the Navigable Waters portion of the Municipal Code to include polluting of waters with aquatic plants or animals.

 

14.  Discussion and possible recommendation on request to permanently close the intersection of Third Street and Geneva Street, south of the railroad tracks:

15.  Consider approving proposal to conduct a conditions assessment of the former Israel Stowell Temperance House (majority vote required).

 

16.  Receive Notice of Claim for Joseph S Ricciotti from Attorney Joseph Putzstuck

 

17.  Discussion on Shodeen Development regarding potential impact on the Smart Growth Plan.

 

18.     Approval of Bills: Warrant 10-05 and Supplemental List of Bills in Excess of $5,000 for May, 2010   (Vote Required: Majority Roll Call)

21.     Recess to Closed Session pursuant to WI Stats. 19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. (Roll call vote.)

 

a.       Re: Consider NAI MLG Commercial proposal for marketing industrial park properties.

b.        Consider request from Alro Steel for an extension of their agreement with the City.

 

22.     Remain in Closed Session pursuant to WI Stats. 19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. Re: Lake Lawn Resort Water Projects.

 

23.  Reconvene to Open Session with possible announcement/determination on closed session discussion.
